Are Penis Enhancing Pills Effective For Enhancing Penis?

Hi, I'm 18 years old and I have been taking penis enhancing pills for 2 months now. I know I have not finished puberty because I still have bald patches on my face where facial hair should grow. I was wondering if you could tell me if taking these pills actually is an effective way to enhance my penis or if it actually is hurting me because I have not finished puberty?
