Are Penis Erection Issues , A Side Effect Of Epilim Intake?

I am a healthy 33 year old male who has taken epilim 200mg for approximately 16 years, successfully controlling my epilepsy. However, over the last few years I have noticed increasing difficulty in maintaining an erection; could the epilim be causing that?
