Are Period Like Symptoms Without Bleeding Normal While On Microgynon?

Hia i'm 18 years old and I was prescribed microgynon by my doctor to help me with period pains and heavy flow, I'm also sexually active. I finished my pack of 2 days ago (friday) and I still haven't come on my period however I am suffering from occasional belly cramps and are suffering from the same symptoms I would from a normal period minus the bleeding. Is this normal?
