Are Persistent Upper Stomach Cramps And Recent Celiac Diagnosis A Concern?

Hi, I feel like I m going crazy. For a few weeks, now, I ve had several stomach problems. Horrible cramp-like pain, mainly in the upper stomach region. It comes primarily at night, or after I eat, and gets so severe that I start looking at urgent cares in the area (because the E.R is a nightmare), and just like that, it s gone. The fact that it does go away makes it sound like not a big deal, but not when returns every other night! Dicyclomine, Pepto, ibuprofen, and peppermint oil capsules were all a bust in helping (note, I did NOT take these all at once). Antacids were a little more effective, but the pain still comes back very frequently. On a side note, I was diagnosed with celiac disease recently. It may be that, but having familiarized myself with symptoms of gluten ingestion, I honestly don t think it s the same. Does this sound urgent, or am I just overreacting? Should I see an in-person doctor about this, or a specialist, or just keep doing what I m doing? Thanks!
