Are Piles Completely Curable?

Hi, I am suffering with internal hemmoraid (piles) from last one month. Initially suffering with bleeding, but now there is no bleeding but having burning sensation while passing the stool. Following diet with high fibre, plenty of water. And apply Smuth cream after passing the stool. Any permanent solution you suggest.. pls.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Piles is completely curable only by means of surgery. Conservative management with diet and medications would only help to get relief temporarily and prevent certain complications from happening.
You can get the surgery done by means of cryosurgery, which would be more convenient. Kindly consult Laproscopic Surgeon in this regard for proper evaluation and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
