Are Pink Spotting, Vaginal Dryness And Dizziness Normal During Menopause?

Hi, I am going through menapause and have noticed after passing urine, when I wipe myself there s light pink colour on toilet paper. I suffer from vaginal dryness and notice that after sex this happens. I am still worried. I feel dizzy as well. Please help

In menopause anxiety ,depression, fatigue ,weight gain ,mood swing occurs because of low estrogen and progesteron level .
Low estrogen level may cause atrophic vaginitis.That can lead to bleeding.

Cervical poly may cause vaginal bleeding problem.
Infecting of bladder may cause this type of problems.

Consent a gynecologist for further diagnosis.
Physical examination and investigation helpful for diagnosis..
