Are Products Like Hairspray Or Febreze Safe To Use Without Causing A UTI?

Hi, i only have one pair of panties. I do not have regular access to a clothes washer and wear them for weeks/months at a time. Recently i have been noticing bugs in my underwear and not just around the elastic like chiggers. I don t know what a hiding cockroach is but i googled it and some do look like the online pictures. It s there any other remedies i can do to bug proof my old underwear and remove odors and stains. I was told hair spray or 409 can help with the bugs and febreeze for the smell. I m concerned either of these will cause a UTI. If i do not wear underwear, which i considered, then discharge will stain my pants and i only have two pairs of pants. Suggestions?
