Are Purple Bruises In The Abdomen And Concentrated Urine Suggestive Of Liver Issues?

my daughter has stage 4 cervical cancer. She is at home on Hospice. Her day to day progress has been a rollercoaster. She does pretty good for a week or so. Then, Bam! She seems to be going downhill Fast! This time her pain was unbearable!...BP 60/40. Purple spots/almost looks like bruising on her abdomen. Urine is very concentrated. Possible liver issues??
