Are Puss Cells Generated From Vaginal Thrush?

Hi, I have just had an examination and the doctor told me I have thrush...which is nothing unusual as I have had it bad persistantly since I was 16 and also some puss cells that could maybe be linked to chylamdia, however, all the sexual partners I have had I have used a condom but the last time the condom did split...hence the checkup...is it possible that these puss cells could be from my frequent getting of thrush??? thanks
