Are Rashes On Breast After Scratching A Cause For Concern?

Hi ive just itched my breast and its left a huge hickey like rash and is not sore i have never had this before is something wrong?? also i had a baby 17 months ago and im still leaking fluid out my breasts i am only 21 is this normal im quite worried thanks
