HI DOCTOR, IM VINO FROM INDIA, I HAD PROTECTED SEX ON 2.2.2016 I STARTED USING PEP IN FEAR OF HIV FROM 4.2.2016, YESTERDAY I NOTICED A RASH ON MY CHEST AND TODAY UNDER MY PENNIS IS IT BEC OF HIV??.. AND WHEN I WASHED MY PENNIS IN SOAP THE RASHES WENT OFF... CAN U PLS HELP ME IM DYING IN FEAR OF HIV

You had protected sex with someone and also started taking within stipulated time limit then there are no chances of getting HIV infection so don't worry. The rashes on the chest and under penis are mostly due to some other reason. Consult dermatologist for the same and follow the treatment regime.
