Are Rashes On The Insides Of Legs A Concern For A Cancer Patient?

I have been on exemestane -`oral since 1-12-17. tonight I have a rash on the insides of both legs right by my knee. it is itchy and looks like small blisters that are dripping. should I be concerned? Should I put anything on it? I am a stage 4 breast cancer patient.
