Are Rashes, Weight Gain, Blurry Vision Symptoms Of Lupus?

My husband has multiple myeloma and has been treating with Pomalyst for 5 months and recently taken off because of a rash (side effect) they think. This is all after a transplant. Other than a rash for several months, he has gained too much weight and in the past week has had head pain and blurry vision. That is not to mention his regular bone pain. He has also had some blood in his stools a few times. Are these symptoms of Lupus or Something else?
