Are Recurrent Pimples Around The Navel And Tongue Signs Of HIV Infection?

Hello doctor i think i was at high risk of hiv exposure two and a half months ago and i started to have symptoms like little small pimples around my belly button that dissapear in the morning and reshows at night for the past week. Three days ago i start seeing a couple of pimples on my back tongue and also harmless so i got tested but the result was negative so i would love to know what can i do

Hi,

Noted your history and understood the concerns.
going through.
But since the HIV tests are negative you should be assured that your present problems are not due to HIV infection.
Small pimples around the belly button that disappear in the morning seems to be due to local skin reaction, may be your synthetic clothes or retained soap .
Clean the area well with plain water and change over the cotton inner-wear so that the problem may vanish.
Harmless pimples at the back of tongue can be due to enlarged or normal lingual tonsils and if there are no symptoms, be assured again and you may not really need any treatment for this.
Stop worrying unnecessarily.
