Are Recurring Headaches And Blurry Vision A Cause For Concern?

Hi, My Husband has a headace at the top of his head and also says his vision is like he s in a fish bowl. He has had these symptoms for over an hour now. Wanting to know if this is anything to be concerned about or would some ibuprofen clear it up? Thank you, Julie Bowman

I understand your concern.
Recurrent headache with blurring of vision needs to be evaluated as the underlying cause could be fluctuation of blood pressure.
Kindly get the following investigations done.
1. Blood pressure examination.
2. Electrocardiogram.
3. Echocardiogram.
4. Retinal examination.
Kindly consult Physician with the reports for clinical evaluation and management.
