Are Reddish Spots On The Penis Head A Concern?

Hello mam/ sir, I recently noticed their was 2-3 redish spots over the head of penis, later on the very next day, the spots spreded all over the head/tip and under the for-skin with good amount of swelling over head/tip of penis, creating irritation, itching and burnings. Please help

Your symptoms are suggestive of an infection- balanoposthitis or an STD in the case that you are sexually active. I suggest you go to a local healthcare provider to be provided wiht a course of antibiotics.
