Are Reopening Episiotomy Stitches With Burning Pain And Watery Red Bleeding Normal?

I had episiotomy and forceps delivery 2 weeks ago on 27th Oct. My stitches are reopening and my doctor mentioned that it would heal on its own. I have burning/stinking pain with red bleeding (a little wattery). Is it normal? Should I be worried? It s starting to hurt more.
