Are Ringing Ears, Headache And Flushed Face Normal After Taking Steroid Shot For Herniated Disc?

I am 21 years old and have a herniated disc in my back. The doctor set me up to have a steriod injection last Thursday. I had that done and didnt feel good Friday, felt better Saturday, but started feeling bad again Sunday. I had noticed my face had been flushing really bad to the point it felt like it was on fire. My ears were also ringing at points during that and after it was over I was getting a headache. Today during physical therapy I started feeling bad again and they checked my blood pressure it was 162/100. Should I be worried about this?
