hello, i was just wondering if i am having symptoms of a sinus infection. i have a runny nose(sometimes stuffy), headaches, coughing, fatigue, and this morning i woke up without being able to taste anything. i do not have chills, so im thinking its not the flu...

Hi, any acute infection in nose or para nasal sinuses can lead to these symptoms including the problem with smell sensation as congestion with mucosal edema does not allow the entry of air in the upper part of nasal cavity. Please use nasal decongestant drops, mucolytics, oral decongestants and steam inhalation. If fever is there, then use of antibiotics in consultation with your GP will be reequired. Regards
