Are Salt Water Gargle And Pulmigen Advisable For Post Nasal Drip And Tonsillitis?
Hi, i was having repeated episodes of tonsils and allergic cough, with post nasal driibling. i have been given singular tablet, nasal spray, salt gargle and chavanprash for 3-6months daily. i have also been advised plumigen tablet. i have got it, my doctor is away abroad and i want to knwo if it is needed, if it has any side effects and will it really help my case.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the repeated history of such symptoms of allergic condition and tonsillitis then better to have complete course of antibiotic and the best option would be " Tab Cefdinir 300 mg " twice in day for five days, you may continue the antihistamine, take care and have a nice day.
