Are Scratchy Throat, hoarseness And Heavy Chest Related To Graves Disease?

I have graves disease. I m not sure if the symptoms that I am experiencing are related to the disease in any way? Last week I noticed that I had a scratchy throat, and I started to become hoarse. This week I noticed that my entire neck, shoulders and down my arms are sore and hard to move. I m having trouble swallowing and my chest feels heavy. I don t have any cold/flu like symptoms, what could this be?

Hello,

The symptoms you reported are not related to Graves disease but are suggestive for allergic reactions.

Try to see a physician, to confirm the diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
