Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully read your question and would like to know if these symptoms are associated to headache.

You should know that these types of symptoms can occur during migraine aura, but they are usually followed by headaches.

I would recommend consulting with a neurologist for a careful physical exam. A brain MRI may be needed in case suspicions of an intracranial cause are raised.

An EEG could also be helpful exclude possible partial epilepsy seizures, which can be associated to this symptomatology.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,
Dr. Aida
