Are Severe Abdominal Pain And Pain In Nipples After IUI Signs Of Pregnancy?
I am Charu from bangalore. 29 years of age. I had my IUI on 13.09.13 and from then I am severe lower abdomin pain. Sometimes its unbearable. Also painful are nipples. Now kindly interpret the above symptoms and tell what these are. Are they signs of pregnancy. Thanks for the time being.............Charu

Severe abdominal pain may not due to pregnancy. Need to get evaluated for it. Possible cause would be genital infection, PID . Need battery of test to diagnose condition. Consult your doctor for examination. To rule out/confirm pregnancy please conduct a urine pregnancy test, which can be done at home. The best time to conduct this test would be 2 weeks after last sexual contact or on the first or second day of a missed period. Please use an early morning urine sample for this test, this will be most accurate. It is also recommended to repeat this test 2-3 times to confirm a result. Pain in nipple need to get examined may not related to pregnancy. Self examination of breast for any lump or change in consistency is useful
