Are Severe Headache A Cause For Concern?

Hi, last Thursday, I had a really bad headache associated with nausea. I assumed it was a migraine but I'm not sure. Since then, I've had headaches (milder than the first day) every day. I can't tell if I'm sick (cold/flu) as I don't have any other symptoms. Right now, the headache feels like a pressure headache. Any idea if I should be worried about something more serious?

HI
Well come to HCM
Most of the headache are functional in origin and in very rare condition this could be due to some pathological condition, and if the headache is due to anxiety and depression then one need to keep the stress level low, I preferred Tab Aspirin and Tab Chlordiazepoxide for headache, hope this information helps.
