Are Severe Pain And Brown Discharge With 1 Cm Dilation In 37th Week Of Pregnancy Normal?

Hi I am 37 weeks pregnant I was getting server pains Wednesday night went to hospital and they said i was a half a cm dilated went back up Friday with even worse pains and they said I was 1cm dilated and my cervix was very thin still been getting pains and have been getting brown discharge can you help pls??

Cervical dilatation with brown discharge indicates onset of labour..
If you are first time pregnant you need to consult the doctor for further evaluation and for admission if required..
The labour pains do get severe as the labour progresses..
Let your doctor decide the course of action..
