Are Shakes, chills, nervousness And Increase In Appetite Indications Of Low Blood Sugar?

I seem to have problems every now and then with what I think is low blood sugar--I get the shakes, chills, nervousness (anxiety) and the feeling that I really need to eat. So I m thinking that these symptoms are from low blood sugar. Is that a possibility? I bought a blood glucose monitor (ultra mini) and tested my blood before dinner last night an the reading was 98. I then tested again this morning upon rising and my reading was 95. I just tested again 3 hours after eating breakfast and my reading was 92. Are these normal readings and why do I get low blood sugar symptoms occassionally?

Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear Sir/Madam,
You are experiencing the symptoms of reactive hypoglycemia which normally happens during prediabetes. There is a food and insulin mismatch and the insulin peak which is suppose to come along with food intake starts coming late . So with the insulin acting late the sugars drop down more quickly than it should. please do a extended Glucose tolerance test (3hours) for confirmation. treatment for reactive hypoglycemia is to split your breakfast and take it twice.
Hope i have answered your query.
Get back with the reports and i am sure i will be able to help you better.
