hi,i dont know if am pregnant.lmp came for 3days instead of 5,having upset stomach,feeling like am full always,constipated at times,very tired even if am doing nothing,weak,my bsugar was checked n it was fine,having cramps,smells perfume n have a weird smell like i have cold but i dont,plz help.

Hi..first of all to confirm your doubts get a urine pregnancy test done by self at home..this would tell you reliably whether you are pregnant or not..if yes, proceed with transvaginal ultrasound and other antenatal investigations..otherwise, get a serum tsh, urine routine examination done..take capsule pantop with levosulpiride( cap rubber ls) twice a day for 7 days, syrup relux 2 tsf at bedtime, and multivitamin tablets once a day for a month ( tab zincovit)..
