General & Family Physician, Dr. Dr. H Kay's Response
Hi,
This indicates that your heart is in a regular rhythm (sinus rhythm), but there may be some minor irregularities. This suggests there might be a minor change in the way the lower part of your heart is recovering between beats.
The report mentions that this disturbance should be considered in the context of possible ischemia (inadequate blood supply to the heart muscle), left ventricular (LV) overload (strain on the left side of the heart), or it could be a non-specific change.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. H. Kay, General & Family Physician
