Hello,

Skin tags are skin polyps, which means skin growth that happens with age, mostly in areas of friction. They are not dangerous and do not tend to repeat in the same place after removal.
Molluscum contagiosum is a viral infection of the skin that causes growths. This is contagious, which means they can be inoculated from one area of the skin to the other. They are not dangerous either and mostly they disappear within a few weeks to a couple of years but they may be very bothering especially esthetically.

I would advise you to not burn them. Because this may cause scar tissue and they may still come back in the very same place. There are local treatments with creams that prevent further growth of the virus or that may chemically burn the pimple. These may result in better esthetical effects.

I hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
