Are Small Patches On Left Hand And Penis Suggestive Of Vitiligo?

Sir I noticed one small patch on my left hand figure and some on me penis.my doctor had prescribed patchex tab one daily and ointment melagain in night and pacroma 1% daily. Knidly suggest is this severe vitiligo or it would be controlled with this?

hello.....
vitiligo on finger tips n genitals has poor prognosis. it means it responds least with medicines. not all cases fail to respond to this treatment. as u hav just started using them...u can wait for the response. even if u r using medicines, new lesions may or may not appear! u hav to check ur body daily for any new lesions. if they appear then for control of them oral steroid pulse therapy is given...about which u can ask ur doc in detail
