Hi, i am 28 year old, overweight but thyroid is normal,old case of sinusitis but even without that i snore a lot,even during a nap.i sleep with my mouth open,and peopletell me that i make a lot of noise when sleeping.i never feel freh in the morning and i feel very sleepy during the day.do i have sleep apnoea?
