I have several solid lumps under my skin about the size of a large peanut. They are in my arms, legs and most disturbingly in my penis. I am anxious as they have been there for several years - although the size/shape has not changed during that time. Do I need to worry?

The best way is to go for an FNAC= fine needle aspiration cytology and/ or excision biopsy to get a correct diagnosis.
