Are Some RBC And Pus Cell Levels In A Fecal Analysis Report Of A 28-year-old Man Worrisome?

Hi Drs., I m a 28yo Male. Just want to check with you of below results from fecal analysis: Macroscopic: Color: Greenish Brown Consistency: Mushy Blood: Negative Mucus: Negative Microscopic: Pus cells: 1-3 /HPF Red blood cells: 1-3 /HPF Parasite seen: No intestinal parasite seen They re asking me to redo the Fecal Analysis. Is there something wrong with the results? Your expert advice is highly appreciated. Thanks.

Hello,

Your stool report doesn't suggest specific Abnormality. But in the case of suspected parasite infestation, three stool sample should be checked on three separate days.

So your doctor might just want to exclude parasite infestation as well. Kindly attach your stool report so that I can check it.
