Are Sore Breast, Headaches, Abdominal Pain And Nausea Pregnancy Symptoms?
Hi, for the past week now I ve been feeling a little sick. I ve have symptoms of sore breast, headaches, back pain, abdominal pain, and nausea. I took a test earlier this week and it came back negative but I m still having these symptoms. What do you think it is?
If you had unprotected sexual intercourse and were not on regular CP and neither took emergency CP, then you can be pregnant. However, these symptoms can also be due to anemia, hormonal imbalance, thyroid issues, PCOS, etc.
You are suggested to wait for a couple of days, get repeat urine(with first morning mid stream urine) or blood tests done. HCG appears faster in blood than urine. You can get clinically examined by an OBGYN to confirm pregnancy. If you are not pregnant you will be treated according to the pathology detected.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
