Are Sore Breasts And Slight Cramping Signs Of Pregnancy?

Hi I have had an faint line on a pregnancy test, sore breast, slight cramping from time to time in my stomach and I haven t seen my period since May 26.... I m confused about whether or not I m pregnant because of the faint line.... Help Please..... Thanks

You are pregnant and you can confirm it by TVS trans vaginal ultrasound.
you should take multivitamin supplement and especially folic acid

In my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist for registration of pregnancy, antenatal check up and tetenus immunisation.
