Are Sore Breasts, Headaches And Cramps Along With Delayed Periods Suggestive Of Pregnancy?

One week until period is due, I have been having sore breasts on the sides when wearing a bra and if I touch them, and have more discharge than usual down there , I also have been having mild cramps on and off and bad headache. Could I be pregnant or too early to tell?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
The symptoms you are experiencing like soreness in breasts, headache, excessive discharge and mild cramps could be due to pregnancy or also due to pre-menstrual symptoms.
Kindly check your urine for pregnancy by using Urine Pregnancy Test (UPT) kit. In case it is positive, then it says you have conceived.
If it is negative and delay in periods continues, then you need to check your blood for beta-HCG levels and trans-vaginal ultrasound scan (TVS) of pelvis done.
Kindly consult Gynecologist with reports for further evaluation and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
