Are Sore Throat And Amoxyclav Harmful To The Thyroid?

Hello, I have Hashimoto and am taking medicine for it.Also, in the past 1 year I have been trying to eat detox foods to reduce inflamation, and I think it realy helped me. But now I am concerned, because I have some very bad cough and sore throat (since about 1 month) and started to take Amoxyclav. Do you thing this( the infection and anti-biotic) is bad for my thyroid?
