General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think the symptoms of pain and discomfort in the abdomen after a hysterectomy is a side effect of the surgery you had.
I think you may need more time to recover.
Also bower issues can cause the discomfort such irritable bowel syndrome.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
