Are Spectacles Essential To Correct Vision Defect? Can Normal Vision Be Restored?

I’m 24 M.I’m having a +0.5 defect in both the eyes.Some of my friends suggesting me to wear spectacle.Some of my friends advicing me to don’t wear spectacle.If you started to wear spectacle means, u need to wear life long.So better go with high vitamin A rich foods, ultimately your defect will be cured.Which one I need to follow.

refractive error always requires correction. Three way for correction specs, contact lens, refractive surgery. In your case it is recommended that you should use specs.
