Are Spine And Joints Pain And Bloated Abdomen Signs Of Peripheral Neuropathy?
hello my name is Patrick and here is a simple history. 13mm chiari malformation, ddd in my c3,4,5 2 herniated discs in my thorasic and extreme pain in my t12 l2 area that is associated with bloating of the abdomen. there is no syringomyelia. what I m dealing with for the past few years that is progressing is what I believe to be peripheral neuropathy but have had many tests done and everything comes up clean. here are my symptoms. pain in many joints such as elbow wrist, hip, knee with burning in many muscle tissues or lightning bolts sensations from my back down my arm or leg and also nerve pain in the front of my neck. I have also been to a walk in recently about what I thought was diabetes due to myself going into shock but tests came back negative and since recent no more shock. I also have these lighning bolts go off in my brain. I also have situs inversus totalus. any advice would be appreciated into where or what I should be looking into

Are Spine And Joints Pain And Bloated Abdomen Signs Of Peripheral Neuropathy?
Hello, * The spine and joint pains are related to cervical nerve compression due to Chiari malformation most likely with peripheral neuropathy. * Abdomen bloating does not sound in this relation and has to be evaluated separately. A recent MRI with the ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis are two most striking requirements here to proceed ahead. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
