Are Spinning Head And Loss Of Balance Symptoms Of Vertigo?

I just read the article on Vertigo. By what I read it sounds like maybe I have the one that starts with an M. I sometimes have deafness in my left ear that lasts for about 3 days sometimes. The other day I was driving to work and things started spinning. I was about to pull off to the side of the road and it subsided. Other times i ll just be walking to my desk at work and i ll feel like everything is spinning and if I don t sit down I ll fall down. What are those symptom s of?

vertigo is mostly presented with a complaint of spinning of head when watching from height or while suddenly getting up from bed, and more often the symptoms vary for each person kindly consult a local ENT specialist to get your middle ear get tested and confirm the diagnosis.
