Are Spots On Skin Indicative Of STDs?

small white pimple like spots appearing sporadically on my skin ( shoulders, chest, back, lips corners,and face) which disappear in 2 to 3 days and new one reappears. a few spots appear on my penis shaft under the foreskin .and on the penis. i am concerned this is a sexually trasmitted disease of sorts ..

Thank you for query. It is not clear about intercourse history duration of pimples your age etc.if no multiple partner history you need not bother about STDs .these may be due to seborheic dermatitis.please consult doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
