Are Spotting, Abdominal Pain And Sore Breast Side Effects Of Taking Postinor 2?

Hi, I had intercourse with my partner on the 25th of February and took the two pills of p2 on the same day, that was five days before my ovulation.about a week later I started having brownish spotting, bloating, abdominal pain and breasts tenderness and it s so full it scares me, I did a home PT thrice and it s negative, my period is due on 13th of March, could I be pregnant,?

Understand your concern.
Yes, spotting, abdominal pain and sore breast are side effects of taking Postinor 2.

Postinor 2, contain 1.5 mg of synthetic progestin, Levonorgestrel.

For this emergency contraception to be effective, it is necessary to take one 1.5 mg pill of Levonorgestrel on a single day and within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse.
If taken within 24 hours – up to 95% effective

Following are the side effects pill.
Nausea or vomiting
Dizziness
Fatigue
Headache
Breast tenderness
Bleeding between periods or heavier menstrual bleeding/spotting
Lower abdominal pain or cramps

So I think it is be side effect of pills.
Just take tablet meftal spas 2 times per day.
Drink more water
Take rest
Take healthy diet

Chance of conceive is very less.
You can check by Urinary HCG kit /Blood HCG methods if period will be delayed
