Are Spotting And Abdominal Distension Signs Of Pregnancy?

I am a teen and when I had sex for the first time in december, we did not use a condom, my periods have been spotting and I took a total of 6 pregnancy test and they all came back negitive, I may have diabetes but im not sure, I have all the signs of a pregnancy and my lower stomach has gotten bigger where i look pregnant and I havent gained any weight or did anything different with my diet.

Please help!

Hello dear..if your repeated pregnancy tests are negative you should get a serum tsh done..alongwith blood sugar fasting and pp..as thyroid disorders stand as the topmost cause of weight gain and menstrual disturbances..
