Are Spotting And Back Pain Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hello, I'm currently sexually active, but not looking to have a child yet. My last two period have been off track and are not normal. A dark discharge comes out but as I wipe, blood shows. I have back aches ever once in a while and I was wondering if I were pregnant or not.

Hi,
In the current scenario, you should exclude/confirm pregnancy through an assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres and also a trans-vaginal sonogram. If excluded, a complete hormone profile should be done to detect any possible hormone imbalance as the cause of this menstrual disturbance. Also, a local examination should be done by a specialist to exclude infections and local causes. Blood counts and urinalysis are also needed. Please maintain a healthy diet and a healthy weight. Hope this helps.
