Are Spotting And Cramps Normal After An Intercourse Post Hysterectomy?

I had a Hysterectomy 4 months ago with my ovaries left in and I had no problems after surgery. I just recently started having a small amount of spotting blood after intercourse and yellow discharge. I have also just began cramping a lot is this normal. I am 41 years old, married for 20 years and no other sexual partners so I’m thinking it could only be from the Hysterectomy?
