Are Spotting And Lighter Periods Signs Of Pregnancy?

I had unprotected sex the day i was ovulating, then 8 days later i spotted lightly. My period came 3 days early and only lasted 4 days, but i never actually had blood. It was only a dark brown substance. Could i still be pregnant? Is this normal? I am a 19 year old female, 5'4 and 140 lbs

it is not normal but common. since bleeding pattern is very light. it will be helpful to get the pregnancy test doneand find out the result for sure.
