Are Spotting, Breast Pain And Bloated Feeling Indicative Of Pregnancy?

I am feeling a bit tired and also during my period time I had brown spotting, and breast pain has started for 1 month, body temperature is high, when I wake up in the morning I normally wake up with hunger along with bloating feeling , urine flow has changed , can I be pregnant?

I really appreciate your concern, it is not the symptoms of pregnancy and it is doubtful then it need to be tested with ultrasonography beside this nothing would rule out this hope this information helps.
