Are Spotting, Increase In Breast Size And Swollen Stomach Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I had a tubal ligation 18 years ago.ive been having my period 2 times in a month or I guess ive been spotting when not on my period..my breast are bigger..went up 1 cup size and my stomach is not as flat as it has been in the past..i workout and I just don t understand y my stomach has gotten bigger for months know..could I be pregnant?
