Are Stomach Cramping And Light Bleeding A Sign Of Pregnancy?

I had a really messed up cycle lately. I was told that due to cysts on my ovaries that I would be unlikely to have kids. My husband and I tried for a year before I got pregnant they first time. I didn't find out until about 7 weeks pregnant. I was wondering if it was normal for the periods to be scattered or closer together after having a baby 3 months prior. My first period was September 25 (2 3/4s months after having my first baby). 2 weeks later (October 6th) I had another just slight bleeding. October 15th I had another bleeding for just an hour and it was just while I wiped. Now I'm having cramps and yesterday I had another VERY light bleeding, almost didn't notice it. Is it possible that I may be pregnant?
